Smokehaus lives inside Sportsman's Lodge Restaurant & Lounge on Sportsmans Lane in La Fayette, Kentucky — a place where the community has gathered for good food and good company for years. We brought the smokehouse to the heart of it all.
Our pitmasters don't cut corners. Every cut of meat is sourced carefully, seasoned with a dry rub we've refined over years, and smoked low over real oak and hickory for as long as it takes. No timers. No shortcuts. Just wood, fire, and time — the three ingredients that separate real barbecue from everything else.
